Refund policy

- If you have received an item with a defect, please send an email at smithstore@primetimecustom.com, attaching a photo of the defective item and including your name and order number. 

- Other than defects, all non-clothing items are FINAL SALE - no returns are possible.

- Other than defects, all sale items are FINAL SALE - no returns are possible.

- Regular priced clothing purchases from SmithStore can be returned by shipping the unwashed, unworn item(s) to the address below within 30 days of purchase.

To help process your return, please email smithstore@primetimecustom.com with your order number, item(s) being returned and tracking information (if possible). Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchase, and we suggest shipping the return using a trackable shipping method (e.g. Canada Post parcel delivery)

SmithStore returns are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee.

- We cannot process refunds for orders stolen after delivery (e.g. 'porch pirates') . If your package has been stolen, please contact the courier and file a claim. Alternatively, you can use the purchase protection features provided by your credit card company.
