Final Sale Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Non-clothing items (unless defective)
- Sale items (unless defective)
Defective Items
If you received an item with a defect, please email smithstore@primetimecustom.com with:
- A photo of the defective item
- Your name
- Your order number
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours.
Clothing Returns
Regular-priced clothing can be returned within 30 days of purchase, if the item is unworn and unwashed. Please ship returns to:

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method (e.g. Canada Post parcel delivery). If you’d prefer to handle the return in person, please mention this in your initial email and we can arrange a day and time to return at our warehouse on Steve Fonyo Drive in Kingston. Please note: Goodes Hall is a pickup location only - returns cannot be processed there.
All returns are subject to a $15.00 restocking fee, which will be subtracted from your refund.
Clothing Exchanges
We accept exchanges for unworn, unwashed regular-priced clothing, depending on availability. Items must be exchanged for the same style, and the request must be made within 30 days of purchase.

- The item(s) you're requesting to exchange

Stolen Packages
We cannot issue refunds for packages stolen after delivery. If this happens, please contact the courier to file a claim, or check with your credit card provider for purchase protection options.
